The 3000+ sq.ft.passive solar Sugar Hill House is located just northwest of Franconia Notch in the White Mts.of N.H.
The house is located on the southwest side of Sunset Hill, and was designed and built by Alexis Moser of Lancaster, N.H. The Architect created a space that is filled with abundant natural light. The light streams from the large living/dinning room windows, as well as from a two story -in house-solarium.
The house has four bedrooms, with a master suite that has a walk in shower, and jaccuzzi tub- both designed for two people. The living space is open and inviting, and overlooks a pasture with grazing horses. There is a library upstairs, an outside jacuzzi, and a screened in porch that provides hours of relaxation. A guest and artist from NYC said -one cold winter afternoon -that " this home's space makes me feel like I am a part of the outside, while enjoying the warm inside".................enjoy the photo voyage............jwags
